HOW TO ORDER

Thanks so much for your interesting about ZOMWAVE products.

You can order 7 days a week, 24 hours a day by using our on-line system. You can search any items that you need and add them to your shopping cart. 

Any products you can’t find out on our website and customized request, please feel free to contact us by sales@zomwave.com

Normally, we can ensure orders can be shipped out within 5 days. Further negotiations shall be made if any emergency which delays the delivery happens.

PO (Purchase Order) quantity goes up to over 200 pcs, lead time need to be confirmed by ZOMWAVE’s sales after PO received.

RETURNS

All Sales are final and thus, once an order is processed by ZOMWAVE they may not be returned for credit or exchange. All products are made for each specific order and are non-cancellable and not returnable.

No Minimum Order Requirement

At ZOWAMVE, there is no minimum order value or line item requirement. 

SHIPPING

We ship orders by UPS, FedEX , or DHL with delivery in 3 to 5 days to most locations worldwide.  All orders shipped are charged the actual shipping cost based on the current carriers rates.

International Taxes and Duties

Customer is responsible for duties and taxes.

All payments will be converted to U.S. Dollars.  Credit card purchases may be slightly different from the price displayed depending on the exchange rate and service charges applied by your credit card company.

Available to customer who have a PayPal account to sumit on our website for payment. 

Prepaid Wire Transfer: 

You can wire the funds to our bank. The wire transfer fee will be charged by customer. Orders will not be accepted until funds have been received in full and Purchase Order (PO) has been received.
